Structured Cabling
JPR offer a full range of manufacturer warranted systems to suit our clients' budget and specification including Cat5e, Cat6 and Cat7 shielded and unshielded cabling systems.  We also undertake fault finding, adds moves changes and recertification of existing cabling systems.

Structured cabling allows you to integrate your data and voice services over one cabling system, allowing you to deliver these services from your comms/services equipment to your working areas. This type of cabling system helps you to easily connect computer and telephony services to your working areas from a central location.  It is easy to 'pipe' additional network data connections to a particular location and then change the connections to telephony connections as your requirements change.

Fibre Jointing and Installation
We are highly experienced in fibre optic cable installations.  We offer nationwide services including the design, installation, testing and commissioning of fibre option cabling.  We also repair fibre optic cabling by fusion splicing to ensure best performance.  We use the latest fusion splicers on the market which means our investment in the best tools and equipment ensures that our work is carried out to the highest efficiency and accuracy.

OTDR Testers   
JPR Engineering test all installation work with OTDR testers.  The Optical Test Domain Reflectometer is a powerful fibre optic test instrument in that it acts as an optical radar in locating sources of error within the fibre system.  The OTDR yields a plot or a trace indicating the loss versus distance.  This information allows events in the optical fibre system such as fibre splices and connections to be located and their loss measured.
